still WIP while we recover

Welcome!
Hi, we’re Michelle and John—artists who’ve learned, through lived experience, how powerful creativity can be when life feels overwhelming or disconnected.
We didn’t arrive here through easy paths. We grew up navigating intense challenges with ADHD/Autism/CPTSD, searching for ways to understand ourselves, communicate what we were carrying, and keep moving forward when traditional support fell short. Along the way, we discovered something that actually helped: creating.
Not to make things pretty—but to make them honest.
To process what words couldn’t hold.
To express what felt tangled or stuck.
To reconnect with ourselves, and eventually, with others.
Everything we offer is shaped by that journey.
Life is about connection—but when you’re struggling, even connecting with yourself can feel impossible. That’s where creative practice becomes a bridge. To find who you are or even were.
Michelle’s recycled art kits—and upcoming classes—invite you to begin exactly where you are, using what you already have, in a way that’s raw, real, and approachable. John’s budget-friendly workshops focus on building skills, exploring techniques, and gaining confidence through hands-on making.
Together, we offer tools and experiences that support expression, balance, and forward movement—through art that meets you where you are and grows with you.
Discover ways to create, process, and reconnect.

Feel calmer, create freely.

We know what it’s like to be overwhelmed, off-balance, and searching for a way forward—and we’ve built tools that helped us survive and grow
